What is an Ecosystem Project Idea?

An Ecosystem Project Idea is an idea for a project that someone could build within the Optimism ecosystem. As opposed to an Ecosystem Concept or an Ecosystem Idea, an Ecosystem Project is generally more fleshed out and corresponds to a relatively clear product to be built.

Summary

RetroPGF Lists, being introduced in RetroPGF Round 3, are a versatile format that allows users to share their impact assessments of various projects. These lists contain a set of projects, each associated with an impact evaluation that might include, for example, a proposal of how much OP each project should receive based on their impact and profit. Additionally, each list should feature a title, a creator, and a description that outlines the methodology used for impact evaluation. A simple, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing interface for creating, editing, and sharing these lists is sought.
