The Support NERDs moderate the Optimism Discord. This includes: reporting scams, removing spam, onboarding new users into the ecosystem, answering user questions, helping dapps find the support they need, moderating and supporting the 14 non-English Discord channels.
SupNERDs create an informed and friendly community accessible to a global audience. They onboard new users into the Optimism ecosystem, helping them discover and use dapps, and debugging common issues. They ensure the community's safety through scam reporting and spam removal.
