We had 18 live meetings between July and September, where we trained Nerds and active participants in the community on conflict management techniques. The calls were specially prepared by our team to deliver meaningful educational experiences with experts in diverse fields. We tracked the assistance with POAPs, and certified as "Gravitons" those who claimed 5+ of the unique weekly badges.
We trained and supported the development of soft skills in active participants of the community. We are directly improving governance accessibility by supporting the design of alternatives to deal with conflicting cases and code of Conduct enforcement processes.
